Note on the use of commercial freezers

1. Domestic freezers use AC 220V/50Hz power supply. If the power supply conditions do not meet the AC 220V/50Hz (187-242V), must be installed more than 1000W automatic voltage regulator with the use.
2. Must use independent special socket and reliable grounding. The power cord of the freezer is equipped with a (grounding) plug in accordance with the standard three-wire (grounding) socket. In any case, do not cut off or remove the third pin (grounding) of the power cord.
3. It is strictly prohibited to put flammable, explosive dangerous goods and strong corrosive acid, alkali, etc. inside the freezer.
4. Do not use combustible spray near the cooler to avoid fire.
5. When there is gas or other flammable gas leakage: close the valve of gas leakage; open the exhaust device, doors and windows; do not pull out or plug in the power plug of the cooler;
6. The key should be kept properly, do not let children play in the cabinet to prevent accidents.
7. Once the freezer cut off the power supply, need to stay more than five minutes before reconnecting, so as to avoid damage to the compressor or system. Maintenance, must be unplugged. After the freezer is installed in place, the plug should be reachable to prevent danger when unplugging the power supply in time.
8. If the power cord needs to be lengthened, the cross-sectional area of the lengthened cord shall not be less than 0.75mm2. If the power cord is damaged, a special cord must be used, and the local after-sales service personnel of the freezer company should be contacted for replacement.
9. Don't put the food into the freezer immediately when the power is just turned on, let the empty cabinet run for a period of time (about 3 hours in summer and 2 hours in winter), and then load the frozen food into the cabinet for storage.
10. After the freezer is moved, it should be left to stand for more than ten minutes before turning on the power.
11. Regularly clean the freezer, and unplug it from the power supply before cleaning for safety. Regular dusting of the heat exchanger in the cabin can enhance the heat transfer efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
12. Mechanical defrosting of commercial freezers should be defrosted regularly to avoid the frost layer is too thick to increase the energy consumption of the freezer. Defrost, the first cabinet goods transfer, stand for a period of time to be frost layer melting and then use the freezer equipped with defrost shovel shovel, avoid using sharp objects brute force defrost, so as not to damage the inner wall of the freezer.
