When setting, the maximum and minimum temperatures should be separated by 4 values. For example, the maximum temperature can be set to 5 degrees and the minimum temperature to 1 degree. Such a temperature range can meet the cold storage needs of most foods.

In addition, air curtain cabinets are also divided into two types: built-in machine and external machine, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. Built-in machine is convenient to move but noise, suitable for small supermarkets, convenience stores, etc.; external machine noise, length can be very long and the overall beautiful and generous, but the movement and maintenance is not very convenient. Therefore, when choosing the air curtain cabinet, you need to decide according to the specific use of the environment and demand.

For different types of food, the temperature setting of the air curtain cabinet is also different. For example, the recommended refrigerating temperature for fresh meat and fish is around -1 degree, the refrigerating temperature for eggs and milk is around 3 degrees, while vegetables and fruits are suitable to be kept at a temperature of around 5 degrees.
